Charles Eldredge, Chairman

Charles Eldredge, a real estate consultant, has served on the Richmond Zoning Board of Appeals, the Richmond EDC, and the MCEDC in addition to participating in various regional planning processes. Mr. Eldredge notes that he is a good listener and that he is “…a vigorous advocate for what I believe to be correct. I believe that consensus can and should be achieved and is essential to a good plan.” He thinks historic and natural resources do not need to be the enemy of growth, but can work together productively.

On a personal note, Mr. Eldredge, a sixth-generation resident of McHenry County, is now semi-retired and lives in Richmond.
